RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:


* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@parairdevacaciones.com and send your item to: Calle Concepcion Arenas 15C 1 - 4 IZQ, Castellon de la Plana, VC, 12004, Spain.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Calle Concepcion Arenas 15C 1 - 4 IZQ, Castellon de la Plana, VC, 12004, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TERMS

  • Not all items are delivered in all forms of delivery

  • Eligible products are marked with the label “Same day delivery, 24 hours, 48-72 hours, 3-7 days, 7-14 days.

  • Delivery time is business day / business day. That is, if you place an order on Friday at 4:01 p.m., you will receive it the next business day according to the service you have chosen.

  • They are optional shipping ways: it will be shipped in the way you choose.

  • In case of change of shipping method, the corresponding amount will be paid and it is important to call within 2-4 hours

  • Shipments already made cannot change delivery method.

  • All deliveries are made at home, if a client prefers to pick it up at the post office or MRW, he has to specify it in a message at the time of ordering.

  • All returns are free the first time and are made locally / nationally. A courier service will collect the package. Do not send any packages before calling or writing to us.

  • In the event of a second return, the customer must pay the corresponding expenses.

  • All returns have been after receiving the returned package.

  • IMPORTANT: If you order several items and not all of them are sent with express delivery, you will receive them separately and at different delivery times because not all the items are sent with all the modalities yet. Not even Amazon guarantees it.

Our return policy is in accordance with what is established by law: 14 days after receiving the product. If 14 days have passed since your receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For purchases less than 40.00 EUR

  • If you have paid shipping [24 hours - 8 days]: the return and exchange is free.

  • If you have NOT paid shipping [24 hours - 8 days]: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN OF THE ITEM AS WELL AS THE RETURN OF THE ITEM.

  • If you have NOT paid shipping [24 hours - 8 days] and you do not want to pay for the return, we can refund 1/3 of the amount and you keep the item.

 

For purchases equal to or greater than 40.00 EUR

  • If you haven't paid shipping, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN OF THE ITEM AS WELL AS THE RETURN OF THE ITEM. Please understand that free shipping on orders of 40.00 EUR or more is a courtesy of HolidayHoliday.com and DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE PAID FOR SHIPPING.

  • If you have paid for shipping, you have a free return and exchange!

Credit card returns do not show anything since it is the bank's money. The money goes directly to the bank, however, if it is a credit that you have already paid to the bank, it will appear as a credit on your next invoice / bank statement. Anyway, you have to talk to the bank.

 

Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Parairdevacaciones.com covers the costs of the first return and the first exchange or second shipment in all cases where it is responsible.

 

Shipping costs are not refundable, in no case unless Parairdevacaciones.com has sent the product after the deadline.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your return if you send it on your own and without a tracking code.
