Parairdevacaciones PRONTO is a fast delivery service between 12-72 business hours and 3-7 days put in place to deliver certain items with fast and extraa fast shipping nationwide and 1-72 hours internationally. It is an optional service for those who is is on a bit on a hurry. PRONTO is now available on all items marked with the respective express delivery methods.
How PRONTO service works
All your purchases are shipped immediately and are delivered within 12-72 hours and / or 3-7 business days. Purchases made on Friday after 4:00 pm until Sunday are shipped the following Monday [if it is not a holiday] if Monday is a holiday or Tuesday [if it is not a holiday].
What products are delivered with PEONTO
The idea is to be able to deliver all our products in the first 12-72 hours after purchase. However, for now, only products marked with the respective label are delivered in this shipping method. One again, it is optional.
Is it mandatory or optional to use PRONTO?
It's not mandatory. Parairdevalaciones PRONTO is conceived to improve the quality of our services. However it is totally OPTIONAL. It is up to the customer to use it or not. You will have the option to choose between the regular 7-10 and 8-15 day delivery service as well.
